The information on federal criminal records is obtained via electronic access to Federal Judicial District courthouse. The search is conducted per name, per district and will obtain criminal, and bankruptcy records. Name and D.O.B. are required to obtain this information.

The information in criminal records is obtained by searching various state and/or county databases of the state or county searched. These databases include the Department of Corrections and other state, county repositories within the chosen location. The search is conducted per state or per county and will obtain felony or misdemeanor convictions when those records are available.

This is a statewide search with all information obtained directly from the state of issuance. This search will reveal the applicant's 3-7 year driving history. A driver's license number, full name, and in some states, date of birth, are required to obtain motor driving records. Each state imposes a fee which will be billed in addition to the cost. Many states respond instantly.

Certain  states require a notarized authorization from Applicant.

This information is received through a National Credit Bureau. The credit Bureau verifies Social Security Number Information through the Social Security Administration. The Social Security Number will be verified along with the presence of bankruptcies, judgments, foreclosures or collection items and the minimum and maximum range of credit reported from the credit accounts the person holds.

Social Security Number, D.O.B., Name and Address are required to obtain this report.

Sexual Offender Registration Search

Sexual offenses are searched in the county or state requested. WTC Backgrounds researches check several databases to locate sexual offenders.

While convictions for sexual offenses will appear upon the criminal record in the county or state where the offenses was committed, oftentimes sexual offenders will relocate to a different district where the criminal records will not reflect the offense.
