Background Screening Process
WTC Backgrounds & Drug Testing, Inc. follows simple though stringent procedures to ensure the accuracy of our information. Give us the opportunity and we'll provide you with results for your screening needs.
Background Request: As soon as a request is received in our registration department, it is inspected for completeness. Phone calls are then placed to the applicant for additional information or clarification if necessary. If the report is going to be delayed for any reason, the client is contacted and made aware of the delay. Depending on the scope of the request the client will receive a report within a 4 hour turnaround time (48-72 hours if needed).
